Our malas are handmade with 108 beads, to represent the 108 'nadis' or energy centres withing the body. Tradiitonally a mala is used in japa meditation, where mantra is repeated and which in turn, is thought to cleanse each energy centre of the body. These special pieces are hand made with solid 18ct gold.

Black Tourmaline: Black Tourmaline is one of the most powerful of all stones for protection and grounding. It is a shamanic stone. It is excellent for supporting entering deep meditative states as it has the ability to calm the mind and bring the wearer into their centre. Excellent protection for EMFs.
